Add attributes checklist to listing submit form

I’m trying to add attributes to a listing submission form. If there is an easy way to customize forms and I am missing it please tell me.

For example, A catering company is submitting their services and have selected “catering” as their category. They would then be required to check a list of sustainable practices such as:

• Recycling
• Food Donation
• etc

These attributes would tie back to whatever category was previously selected. I’ve been playing with the ‘hivepress/v1/forms/listing_submit’ but can’t get it figured out, any help would be much appreciated.
