Add description to Request form

Hi,

I would like to add a short message before sending the request form that all request are approved manually please be patient. Where can I edit it? I do not find the file in ftp where this form is located.

You can create a custom template (Add Request (Details)) in HivePress > Templates and add the description, you can check this doc How to customize templates - HivePress Help Center

Thank you. My only problem with that I cannot find ‘Add request form’ block in the page editor. Or what should I add?

If you have selected the correct template, i.e., Add Request (Details), and clicked Publish, you can find this block in the search by the name Form.
