Hi @cedpos,

Please try temporarily deactivating any third-party plugins and customisations you may have added then check if the issue is fixed.

I hope this helps!

Cheers,

Hi,

Welcome to the community. :herb:

To add to Chris’s recommendation, please try updating the permalinks: How to refresh WordPress permalinks - HivePress Help Center.

If the issue persists, please let us know, and we’ll investigate further.

i deactivate all third plugin and i update permalink but I always have the same problem. When Geolocalisation plugin is active the add listing form does’nt appear. I didn’t make customisation on plugin or theme files

Hi @cedpos,

When you have the Geolocation extension activated, are you able to see any errors or warnings in the Console tab of your browser’s DevTools window?

The issue was related to a combination of the custom “Add Listing (Profile)” template and the fact that vendors are selected in HivePress > Settings > Geolocation > Content types. So once the Geolocation plugin is enabled, the location field is required for vendors, and the Complete Profile step is displayed before the Add Listing page.

There are two possible solutions:

  1. If you need to keep the overwritten template, please go to HivePress > Settings > Geolocation and remove Vendors from the Content Types.

  2. If the template was created unintentionally and no customizations were made, you can simply delete it and use the default template instead.

Hope this is useful to others.
