Add more fields to 'Send Message' button in Listings page

I am trying to add few more fields like ‘name’ ‘email’ ‘contact no.’ into send message button on Rental Hive.
When a Visitor submits above form, it should directly go to Vendor who listed that particular ad. instead of coming to website owner. (Send message option doesn’t clearly shows to the vendor about who’s sending it).
