IT would be great to add more detail to reviews - including photos for reviews, being to capture more details from the reviewer e.g perhaps their phone number as well so reviews can be verified. Also more criteria star ratings for customisable areas. LIke say Communication, service, cleanliness etc.

I agree, giving the site admin the ability to set Criteria for reviews and that criteria be weighted would be amazing. For example collecting information like:
- Responsive
- Performance
- Friendliness
- Enjoyment
And more, would also be awesome to collect information on.

Unfortunately there’s no such feature yet, but we’ll try to implement it as soon as possible.
Any progress on the implementation of photos being included in a user’s review? Patiently waiting on this update.
