How would one go about redirecting an user to a specific page when someone presses the “Send Message” button (the onein the form) after replying to a listing?

(additionally, any ideas why I don’t have the premium badge after entering my license keys?)

Yes, it is possible, but it would require customization. You can override the template parts listing/view/page/message-send-link.php: How to override template parts - HivePress Help Center, if you mean to open a single static link, not a modal window.
As for your premium badge, it is not displayed because the premium support period has expired.
