Add reviews for vendors

The current review system targets listings, so if a listing expires, the review rating will not be reflected.

This would be unfair in the review system. To resolve this issue, it would be appropriate to change the scope of the review to the vendor itself.

Also I’d like to add that it would be great if you could make it so that users can review both the listing and the vendor.
