Add simple text to User registration form

I want to add a simple notice in red to the user registration modal. I aded first and last names by using the old posts, but could not figure out how to add a text above the Register button.

Please try using the same snippet to set the “description” or “header” parameter of the form, you can set HTML but description may remove some HTML tags.
