Add thousand separator in number filters

Some of our listing prices can be 5-7 figures. It would be nice to see commas in the filters.

It can be tricky to quickly decipher at a glance a number like this 850000

Is that 8,500,000 or 85,000 or 850,000

I know a previous forum answer said the filter uses <input type="number">

It would be nice to consider using <input type="text"> so you could add a comma like this:
