Adding a description to all Regions

Hi!

Is there a snippet or something available if you want to add a description to all Regions?

I found a custom snippet that lets me edit the Region title on all Regions already, however it would be great to also be able to add a description.

Example:
Title: All listings in %Region-name% (this i already have working via a snippet i found on the forum)
Description: Here you can find all of the great listings that are available in %Region-name%
