Hi guys! I would to know if the message extension permitted to adding new inputs to the forms. And if is possible, how can i do that?

I managed to do the new inputs to the message forms, but that new inputs don’t work. For example, if a fill de input and submit, the information in the input disapier. You know a way to resolve this problem?
