It would be a great solution because now there may be delays between message replies. because not everyone uses email frequently.
And also for order-made notifications for vendors.
This would be awesome. I am also waiting for that solution since it is essential for my customers.
Is there someone that cna provide at least some guidance on how to do that if I hire in the meanwhile a freelancer for developing this solution?

Thanks, we’ll consider adding this feature. We have a long-term plan to gradually switch the HivePress UI to Vue or React so it will be more like an app, with more interactive features and notifications.

I think a site like twilio gives you code that you can add to your site with this code. You can add the feature by code snippet
