The admin is not receiving a notification when a new listing is submitted for moderation, I have gone through the forums but the suggestions are to disable the notification, which is the opposite of what is happening here.
We get the notification for a new order and the vendor gets a notification when the listing is approved. So the email system is working it is just not notifying the admin when a new listing is submitted for moderation.
I have checked our email logs, There is no email sent for a new listing, The admin gets the email for new user registration and for the new woocommerce order, so this confirms the email system is set up correctly. we are using sendgrid.
Is it also possible to set the address that the notifications get sent to apart from the Wordpress admin?
All of a sudden the moderate listing emails have started to come through today, apologies for the inconvenience.
Regarding the plugin you have suggested that will be for woocommerce orders only, is there a way to send the moderation email to a different address other than the Wordpress admin?
