Administrator receives no email

I created an email in HivePress.
When a vendor’s product is sold, the vendor receives an email, but the administrator receives no email!

The HivePress emails are sent to the vendors only (if you mean the New Order email), if you also have WooCommerce installed it should notify the site admins via its emails about any new or updated Orders. Please make sure that the email is correct in Settings/General.
