Allow selecting package even if the current one is not exceeded

I have following paid listing plans.

1: Standard package (5 listings) 5 usd

2: Verified Package (5 listings, Verified) 10usd

3: Verified & Featured Package (5 listings, featured, verified) 20 usd

Now users purchases standard package and post 2 listings, keep in mind he still have 3 listings to post.

While posting 3rd listing user wants to post listing as verified & featured listing.

But system don’t allow to choose package for each listing and direct submit according to previously purchased package.

Thanks for your feedback; we’re aware of this issue and plan to resolve this or add more options for switching packages. Currently, if the current package is not exceeded, the Select Package page is not displayed. As a workaround, you can set lower limits for the free packages or display packages on other pages using the Listing Packages block.
