An error occurs when I click the "Accept Offer" button

Dear Support Team,

I have implemented the request feature using the HivePress Requests add-on.

However, after receiving offers for a request and selecting one to accept, an error occurs when I click the “Accept Offer” button.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue?

I have tried changing the theme and disabling all unnecessary plugins,

but the error persists. I also enabled debug mode to identify the cause, but no error messages were displayed.

Additionally, I cleared the cache using a cache plugin, but it had no effect.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

If it is possible, please check the PHP error log; usually, it contains the detailed error and mentions the file and line number where it occurred, and shares errors here: How to configure WordPress error logs to identify and resolve problems - HivePress Help Center
