Application of Taxes on commission and products

Continuing the discussion from Taxes on Commission:

Dear Andrii,

  1. In my country, taxes have to be charged from customer on the commission fees as well as the product price. Moreover, the tax rates to be applied on both are different. As suggested by you, the service fee and commission fee I am charging is inclusive of taxes (I display taxes when I make an invoice). Taxes on the product price is being charged by setting tax rates in woocommerce and things are absolutely fine.

  2. In your marketplace road map, it has been included to ‘fix taxes not being applied to commission fees’. I hope that you will be giving an option at backend where I can opt in/out of whether I want taxes to be applied to the commission fees or not.
