I’m having an issue with attributes in HivePress.
I’ve added custom attributes and their values in:
/submit-request/details/
/submit-service/details/
When I add them, everything looks fine – both attribute titles and values are displayed.
But after refreshing the page, some of the values disappear, and only the attribute titles remain.
I have no idea why this happens. Could it be because some attribute values are duplicated between services and requests?
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?
Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
yes, all plugins were disabled and there was no improvement, in addition, each time I entered an attribute I checked if it was there and everything was ok.
Additionally, I noticed that the categories with the assigned attributes had disappeared from the services. Restoring the categories didn’t solve the problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Could you please provide detailed steps to reproduce this issue? Just to clarify - the problem is that after submitting the listing, the attribute fields disappear so there’s no space to enter values, correct?
