Exist the possibility of create attributes to users? Today just exist for vendor.

Currently there’s no such feature for regular users since they don’t have front-end profile pages yet, but we plan to add this feature.

Yes, as soon as we add front-end profile pages for users we plan to integrate them with the available HivePress monetization features.
