Why are all the attributes displayed when listing a property not also displayed in the attributes form when adding attributes?

Please let me know if I understand you correctly. Do you mean that some fields (for example, Booking duration) are shown on the frontend during listing submission, but you don’t see them in the WordPress dashboard under Listings > Attributes?
If so, this is expected behavior. Some fields are added by plugins rather than created as listing attributes. For example, booking-related fields come from the Bookings plugin, pricing fields come from Marketplace, and so on. These fields are managed by their respective plugins and therefore don’t appear in the Attributes section.
