Can Rentalhive automatically create a 1. Listing Folder and 2. a Host folder according to an attribute or any other automatic link.

Please clarify, do you mean media folders? That is, you want the uploaded images to be stored in a folder in WordPress > Content > Uploads? If so, unfortunately, this feature is not available and will require custom implementation. As an alternative, please try media organize plugins for WordPress.
