My question is if there is a possibility to automise the payments means the user directly gets his money to his account after someone paid him.

There’s no such feature in Marketplace at the moment, but we’re working on the Stripe Connect integration for this purpose, it’s almost ready and we’ll try to release it as soon as possible.
