Backend edit features appearing at the front end for phone users

How do I remove these backend edit icons that are visible on the front end?
See attached screenshot.

This only occurs for Phone users once they’re logged in, and Ofcourse they can’t edit the backend since I’ve restricted users from doing so. These icons just appear but they only direct users to their individual dashboards when clicked.

Please make sure that this user was registered via the front-end form, then the admin toolbar should be hidden for sure. You can also edit this user and hide the toolbar in WordPress/Users.
