Badges - a few ideas for future versions

Hey,

I’m loving the new Badges extension so far, great job with it, and I’m sure the community will make good use of it!

A few suggestions I can think of for the plugin so far:

  • Allow setting the Icon and Icon background colour separately.
  • Include an Admin option to backfill badges.
  • A new HivePress email for Badge awarded/unlocked.
  • Indicate on the back end which Badges a user has been awarded per User/Vendor profile.
  • Show a Badges statistics page or overview detailing the total number of users/Vendors with each badge currently awarded.

Thanks for the suggestions!

We’re currently filling our backlog, and we’ll add all of these ideas there. Most of them (except the last two) were already mentioned in our notes, but we’ll make sure to include your suggestions as well.
