If a user register account and violates the terms for example scamming people. I would like to have the option to ban the user from login and send him an email template “Your account has been deleted due to violating the terms”.
I saw some workaround with a bunch of plugins but it is overloaded.
At the moment I delete the user and send him manually email because violating terms. But this is not so efficient.
Thanks for the request. We recommend using third-party plugins, and in any case, there should be a user banning feature via the Dashboard. As another option, if you do not want to use third-party plugins, you can disable the Verified status in WordPress Dashboard > Users, then the user will not be able to log in, but you will need to send a ban email manually. We will consider adding this functionality on our end.
