When I check my site on https://pagespeed.web.dev/ I see a huge CLS shift on mobile and desktop.

When I check what is causing it I see this:
I tried to turn cache on/off, I disable/enabled the pre-loader. None of this is fixing this issue.
Can you do something about this CLS shift? Or give some advise what I can do about this?
