Block current hour for booking

Hi,
unfortunately I didn’t find some information. Is it possible to block current hour for booking?
E.g. today is 13.12.2023, 3:30 pm and there is no sense to book time slot 15:00 - 16:00.

If you mean blocking time slots, then unfortunately, this version does not have such a feature, you can only block the day, but we plan to add it in the next updates.
