Have a look at these videos and you might spot something you’d previously missed.
Also, if you’re using any caching plugins, try temporarily deactivating it, and see if the issue is fixed. If so, you may need to exclude caching for logged-in users.
If you still need help, can you please clarify which stage of making a booking you are able to complete.
i.e. Do individual listing pages redirect you to the homepage after selecting a date/ time?.. or, can you reach the next ‘Add Details’ page?.. If so, do you get redirected to the homepage after clicking Proceed?
If you could also confirm if you’re testing with a new user or an admin account?

Edit: Here’s an older topic that mentioned the same issue. It appears to be related to permalinks in this case.
To refresh permalinks in WordPress, log in to your admin dashboard, navigate to Settings > Permalinks, and then click Save Changes without making any modifications to the settings.
