I would like to customise the booking emails we send to our vendors when they get a booking.
I want to customise the design but also include some info like the phone number of the customer.
Can you guide me on how to do it?

You can follow this guide on How to customize emails - HivePress Help Center. In the email, you will see all available tokens that you can use (including your custom attributes).
For the design, you can use HTML to create unique email templates. You can take a look at this topic Email template or find similar topics on the forum with examples.

The token I want to add is the phone number that is collected by Woocommerce I guess. Can I include that token too and how to do it please.

WooCommerce tokens aren’t available in HivePress booking emails by default, but we could provide an example of how to create new tokens or general development guidance if you’re familiar with coding.
