Booking offset +1 hour

We’re running a setup that requires daily bookings with a Booking Available From say 17:00 and a Booking Available to of 21:00 but we need to be able to accept booking until 10:00 on that day. Is there a way to use the Booking Offset for this so if a user tries to book at 09:00 the listing will be bookable for that day but at 11:00 it won’t as it has passed its booking offset and only be bookable for the next day?

Please send more details about the issue, maybe setting the max possible time to 22:00 will work in this case? Then if there are 1-hour time slots, the last available slot is from 21:00 to 22:00.
