Bookings reverse open and close hour in calendar

Hello,

To start I’m sorry I don’t speak english very well
I have a question, is it possible to change opening hour with closeing hour in booking calendar ?
Actually when you set your calendar you choose hours and you block this hour and I want to reverse it. I want to choose opening hour
