Bug on the payout balance on the dashboard when there is a refound

When a user ask for a refound, his payout balance display a wrong number (the payout balance is negative).

Steps to reproduce

A customer do an order
Then I go to the dashboard
I do a refound.
Now my payout balance is negative

Actual result

The result is negative

Expected result

The result have to be 0 if there is no other order.
