I enabled the claim listing and when I create a listing to be created, it uses my admin as the one creating the listing, so it can not be claimed? The sign in is very basic, along with registering… This is a super confession theme and plugins. Please help, for that I paid for some of this products
Yes, if you add listings via the back-end, they will be assigned to your admin account. This is the purpose of Claim Listings - you add listings without asking companies, and when there’s some traffic you can contact these companies, offering them to claim their listings (so they will be able to edit it, reply to messages etc) for a fee. This monetization model is used by platforms like Yelp and TripAdvisor.
