Can I use the rentalhive team for normal company listing directory without rental/booking?

In my opinion, the rentalhive theme offers more design options than the listing hive theme.

But I wonder if the rentalhive theme is only for rental/booking sites. Or can a company listing also be built with this? Without using rental options.

I plan to build a website where people can find activities in their area.

Would like to know so I can choose between these two themes.
