Hi Team HivePress!
I have created some attributes in Request Listing and would like to show them in Ternary!
I have realised that I am unable to display the attributes; there may be a limitation in HivePress, or I might simply not know how to do it. Now, is there any way I can do that?
If it is possible to achieve that with a code snippet, could you please share it? May I please request you share the snippet?
One more thing –
In Submit listing I have used CSS Codes to change the icon colors of the attributes e.g. (.hp-listing__attribute–ternary > i)
How can I call request attributes in CSS?
Thank you.
Hi,
Please provide more details where exactly you want to display this attribute, as we have a ternary area available if you add attributes in Listings > Attributes using this documentation: How to add listing attributes - HivePress Help Center.
Dear Andrii,
I am using ExpertHive Theme with both 1. Add Listing and 2. Request a Service
Now my question is,
After creating attributes in Add Listing, I can easily navigate to the Display Area, select “Page Ternary”, and see them appear on the listing page. See Image 1
But when I try to do the same thing in Request a Service. It shows nothing. Please check image 2
I have selected the display area same by going to Request a Service → Attributes → Display Area and select “Page Ternary”
I hope this gives you more clarity on my question.
Thank You
Hi,
Your request is related to a premium product. Please add the license key to the account settings to access forums for your purchased products and get the Premium Support badge on your profile. If the support for your purchase has expired, please consider renewing it for assistance Renew Support | HivePress
Hi @andrii
I recently bought the plugin HivePress SEO in March, but that was from a different email. Do you think I can add the KEYs here for premium support? Otherwise, I have to create the profile for that account as well and ask the same question.
Check it here!
Let me know the further; I will do it accordingly!
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for the details. Yes, this information is displayed, but please note that you clarify that you are using the ExpertHive theme. However, your email shows that you purchased only MeetingHive. Therefore, if you need further support, please add your MeetingHive license key in the settings.
Hi @andrii,
Thank you for the clarification, and I apologise for the confusion.
I loved the HivePress themes and plugins; therefore, I have purchased several themes and plugins to experiment with. First I purchased. I initially bought MeetingHive, but quickly discovered that ExpertHive better suits my needs.
Now I didn’t want to bother for a refund because I believe one day I will use it for another project idea.
For now I am only using ExpertHive; please check it below. If you want, I can share the KEYs with you.
The only problem is I used a different email ID; I simply wanted to separate the projects for my understanding.
I don’t mind buying again, but currently I am focusing only on one website, which is providing scholarship opportunities and building a page to donate devices.
I am happy to answer any clarification question you might have.
Thank You
Akhil
