Can you tell me when the option to renew a package appears, and what page appears after submitting a renewal?

The “Select Package” renewal page appears when a listing has expired (automatically becomes a draft when the expiration date is reached). In this case, the listing form shows a “Renew” button instead of “Save Changes,” and the user is redirected to the Select Package page if they have reached their listing limit.
