Cannot edit vendor categories details

I am able to create new Vendor Categories but I am not able to edit them once the categories are created. When I initially created the Vendor Categories I only filled in basic information (no description and no Yoast SEO data). Now I am trying to fill in the missing info and when I press “Update” on the particular vendor category page on Wordress backend, all the newly entered information is lost and the data reverts to the original.

I have no issue editing the Listing categories, the problem is only present in the Vendor Categories. I was successful creating a new Vendor category, but again I cannot edit the details for the newly created vendor category either.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
