Can't modify image of a listing after restoring a backup

Hi,

I restored a backup for my site using Hivepress and the listingHive theme but I have a problem. I can no longer remove or edit an image from a listing via the Wordpress dashboard. When I click the button to choose an image, it doesn’t show me the Wordpresss image library and just pops up to the top of the screen. If I want to import an image, it doesn’t work either. On the other hand, I have no problem modifying an image directly in a page.

I disabled my security and cache plugins but nothing change.

Can you help me ?

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Please try to view the error logs or js console after you have been attempting to delete or change the picture and send them to us (there should be detailed information about the error).

Hi,

Ok, This is the log for the js console :

Thanks for your help.

It doesn’t seem to contain any JS errors, only the style loading issues. There may be 2 reasons why the image can’t be deleted:

  • The image author changed, please make sure that it was uploaded by the same user
  • There’s a JS error that block the interactive elements
  • Something changed regarding URLs, so the deletion request doesn’t reach the server

Yes, URL has changed for a new domain. I copied the content of a domain towards a new domain.

How can I fix that ?

Thanks a lot.

Sorry, we can’t help with troubleshooting issues related to website migration and backups, this is common WordPress functionality related to the website setup, not to the HivePress features.

I recommend disabling third-party plugins and refreshing permalinks, maybe the REST API URLs for requests are invalid and this will fix the issue.

It worked. I disabled all plugins, then I delete Hivepress and I installed it again. Now it works.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards.
