My category boxes show their image correctly. Despite this, when clicking on the category page, the image does not appear as the page background picture when it should. This problem only occurs on mobile, not on desktop.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin (e.g. LiteSpeed), make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
