Categories in alphabetical order

If you have not set any orders for these categories, they will be displayed alphabetically by default.

I recommend looking at the orders for each category in more detail because if at least one category has its own order, then all the others will not be displayed alphabetically. Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
