Category order by item count doesn’t work

In the settings at my homepage I did set for the category the sorting at Count items. But at the frontend I see 2 blocks with zero and 1 block where I selected the category is not visable

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
