Using Direct Payment
Change Total to Pay Today to secure service
and
Direct Payment to something like to pay provider on day of delivery.
It seems confusing how it is.
Thanks

Hi,
Please clarify your support request. What do you want to achieve?
If someone was checking out the wording wouldn’t make sense.
The Total would be more understandable if it said “to pay now to secure service £3.30”
and “direct payment -£11.70” would be easier to understand if it said something like “to pay provider on delivery £11.70 not -£11.70”
That way a customer booking a service would know there paying £3.30 now and £11.70 to the service provider on the day.
Do you not think? I am using direct payment option in Hivepress so taking a service fee of £2 plus 10% of the job value.
To me as it currently is displayed it looks like the Total to pay is only £3.30 and they are getting a discount of -£11.70.
For instance if I was buying a product online say on amazon and it looked like this, it would mean I only need to pay £3.30 for the item.
Hi,
I see. Thank you for your feedback. We will try to improve the display of fields in the checkout form.
