Hi, I am new here and trying to set up a website using Hivepress/Hivelisting.
Most worked fine but I have a problem with new users filling in their listing.
If one forget to fill in a required field they get the message: “vul dit veld in” in Dutch.
Meaning you have to fill in this field. I want this message in English.
What to do? Loco translate cannot help me. Is this a Hivepress issue, a Wordpress issue or something i overlooked? Please help…thanks in advantage
This message comes from the browser and is in the laguange set in the browser.

Hi Chris, thanks for your reply. Yes, very strange. Up to now, these are the only messages in Dutch. I cannot find any Dutch Words in Loco Translate.
Wordpress is also installed in Dutch.
Cleared cache and browser ….

It looks like your browser’s language settings might be controlling this. If you change your browser’s default language to English, your notifications should automatically switch to English too.

Thanks kseniia, it worked. I had no idea the solution would be so simple. It also means that e.g. someone from Germany would see the notifications in German.
