Change of photos/images no gutenberg

hello

I am not used to gutenberg, could someone tell me how to change the picture of the baner, and of the listing objects (rental site).

Hi,
If you mean the header background image please edit the Home page in WordPress/Pages section and change the Featured Image on the right. You can also set the default header image in Appearance/Customize/Header section.
To change the listing image, please edit it in WordPress/Listings and add/remove or re-order images in the Images section, the first image will be set as Featured automatically.
