How to change ‘price’ to payment offered and change attribute to text instead of number.

If this is a built-in attribute, you can change the text in Loco Translate > Plugins > Marketplace. As for changing the format, this will require a custom implementation. If it is a custom attribute, please check this doc: How to add listing attributes - HivePress Help Center
