Change the layout of image display in Listings

Hi there,

The way in which the images are handled/shown in a Listing is not usable. To understand what I mean, all one needs to do is compare these two sites:

Another site: https://www.ricardo.ch/de/a/serviertablett-von-kohler-biel-1260727584/

1. The area that contains the large image should be fixed, and not change with the size of the image.
2. The large image should not auto-zoom, but should be displayed to fit the fix-sized area.
3. The area that contains a thumbnail image should also be fixed in size, and the images should be displayed to fit the fix-sized area (and should be centered).

How to fix this?
