Changing layouts for mobile use

Hiya,

What is the most straightforward way to change the layout of hivepress blocks when the website is accessed on a mobile?

Eg. The listing category view blocks are huge on mobile and when I use CSS to reduce the size, the padding around within the columns doesn’t adapt as desired.
Is there a way I can have these categories in a grid format?
Or
Eg. The hive press features are presented vertically on mobile. I would also like these to be presented in a grid format.
