I’m setting up the Claim A Listing plugin and in your screencast it’s saying that we have to setup a Product to charge for this feature. Is there a way to do the following:
Say they need to just buy the $99 annual listing package for example that we already have in Woocommerce, so that affiliates will get paid without setting up a separate Woocommerce product for Claiming Listings? or…
Make it free and only approve the listing after they have purchased the $99 annual listing package, so that we don’t have a separate product for Claim Listings?
Hopefully, this makes sense, but I’m trying not to have separate products for claiming a listing than what we have to post listings.
Unfortunately, Paid Listings and Claim Listings are not integrated with each other, as they are two different extensions. However, as a workaround, you can link the same product to both a package and a claim, so that the purchase of one of them automatically triggers the package or claim.
When you say “link” them? Are you saying that I have to use code or wouldn’t it be easier to just require someone to buy an existing package to access the Claim A Listing and then assign it to them?
No, you can create a single WooCommerce product and link it to a bundle and a claim, then the purchase of one of them will automatically trigger the other. For example, if you buy a package, then you will automatically have a claim.
