I didn’t receive any child theme with the purchase of hivepress. Is it why code snippets are not working with my site? Every PHP snippet from community i am trying to apply on hivepress site but its not working.

The Code Snippets plugin doesn’t require a child theme to work, please make sure that you added the code snippets correctly (please copy the snippets without the first line <?php since the Code Snippets plugin already adds it).
If a child theme is required (e.g. for overriding some of the theme template files) please generate it using this plugin Child Theme Configurator – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org You can remove the plugin once a child theme is created.
