Is there a way to conditionally choose reason for rejection, so poster knows why the post has been rejected.

At the moment, this feature isn’t available. When an item is rejected, it’s simply moved to Trash and there’s no dedicated rejection form. We do plan to improve this and add such functionality in future updates, but there’s no exact ETA yet.
For now, the available options are to notify users manually via email or implement a custom solution if this flow is critical for your use case.
